During our Maintenance Inspection and Tune-up, our technicians go through a twenty point inspection which includes:

1. Check the Air Conditioning Refrigerant charge.
2. Make sure there is enough Freon or refrigerant in the system and visually inspect for leaks.
3. Inspect and clean the air conditioning unit condenser coils
4. Lubricate the Air Conditioning Motor and fan bearings
5. Clean the Air Conditioning condenser drip pans and drains
6. Check the Air Conditioning motors, the amperage and all electrical circuits and electrical connections
7. Check the Air Conditioning Thermostat and calibrate it if necessary
8. Perform a complete safety inspection.
